Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade utilizes considerably simplified tap shooters mechanics.

The plot of Wanderer takes us into a distant future and tells the story of a convict named Rook who wakes from a cryogenic sleep inside an orbital space station to discover that the entire installation has been destroyed and abandoned by humans, turning it into a deadly place. Rook sets out to look for sections where there can still be people but, as it will soon turn out, not all of them are friendly.

The setting is retrofuturistic – the creators have drawn inspirations from the 1980s’ vision of the future.
