Plot
Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade tells a story of a young noble, who serves for one of the Imperial Knight houses. He has the misfortune to witness his whole family being slaughtered by the Chaos Cult. In search of revenge he joins the Space Marines house called Dark Angels and takes control of a powerful walking combat machine. The main campaign includes 40 missions, but there are also side quests and patrol missions, which concern fighting endless waves of enemies.
Gameplay
Gameplay of Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade for AND and iOS basically consists in defeating hordes of opponents. You are not in control of the machine – it moves automatically, so all you have to do is shoot. The machine is fitted with a variety of weapons – a cannon, a rocket launcher, or thermal weapons. The game allows you not only to kill, but also to wreak destruction to most of the surroundings. Moreover, the machine is equipped with a chainsword, which is a combination of a sword and a chainsaw. This baby is especially useful during close combat and battles with other machines like yours. The game offers a development system, which allows you to upgrade your machine and its individual parts with the resources you find during missions.
