Hegemony III: Clash of the Ancients

The third installment in the strategy game series set in antiquity, started in 2010 by Longbow Digital Arts. The action takes place in the distant past and to the rise of Rome, when armies of the Greeks, Gauls, Romans, and Etruscans fought fierce battles for control of the Apennine Peninsula. While playing, we can either experience the entire path of Rome to hegemony in the ancient world as it happened or try to change history by leading one of the remaining nations.

Their task is to plot routes for units in such a way that they can eliminate all enemies, protect the weaker elements of the cannon, and gather the resources needed to continue the fight.

Polanie Remake

A mobile version of a cult-classic Polish real-time strategy released in 1996. The remake is currently in development by Home Net Games, a small team led by Miroslaw Dymek, one of the co-creators of the original game. We are introduced to Mirko, a head of a small village which has been burned to the ground by a rivaling tribe. When it comes to mechanics, we are given a classic real-time strategy inspired by the cult-classic Warcraft.
Warcraft: Armies of Azeroth

A fan-made remake of the cult classic Warcraft III, a game originally developed and released by Blizzard Entertainment in 2002, by WCR_Team. The title is available as a free modification powered by the StarCraft II engine; to run it, the free Starter Edition of the game is sufficient. Warcraft: Armies of Azeroth faithfully recreates the story of the original game, which tells of the war between Humans, Orcs, the Undead, and the Night Elves that takes place in the land of Azeroth.
Battlezone 98 Redux

Developer Rebellion focused on enhancing visual resolution and upgrading the interface, while keeping gameplay almost identical to the original edition. Therefore, Battlezone 98 offers the same original single player campaigns presenting an alternative version of the Cold War. You are in control of either the USA or USSR forces during an open conflict taking place on the planets of the Solar System.

This time the player leads the German or the Russian army in the battles taking place near the eponymous Mius river during 1943. The game offers two large-scale military operations, the course of which is influenced by the decisions made by the player and the game's advanced AI.

The game is set in the world known from the previous installments and the player fights servants of a crazy scientist known as Dr. Catastrophe during an extensive story-based campaign. The mechanics combine elements of classic real-time strategy games with some aspects of casual titles for mobile devices, such as Clash of Clans.

Warfare Online, created by Con Artist Games, is an online multiplayer RTS game. It is the first online game in the series that was started by Warfare 1917 and Warfare 1944. Unlike its predecessors, this title's focus is on a fictional armed conflict that takes place in a near future. The gameplay is similar to classic, tactical RTS games, such as Company of Heroes, which means that players don't have to gather resources and develop their bases.

Europa Universalis IV: Mare Nostrum

Just like the title suggests, Mare Nostrum (Our Sea, as the Romans used to call the Mediterranean Sea) is focused primarily on developing and enhancing sea trade and naval battles. The biggest novelty is the introduction of sailors who influence our fleets’ strength and are necessary to build and repair our ships.
