Amita is the leader of the Golden Path

You can shoot Sabal or spare his life.

Amita will ask you to kill Sabal, who wants the division of the Golden Path. Head to the place shown on the map and locate Sabal on the top of the stairs in a small hut. After a conversation, you will only have a short while to shoot him. You can also spare Sabal's life and you will never see him again.

Before you can get to Amita's cottage, you still need to eliminate several fighters of the Golden Path.

Sabal demands that you kill Amita. Go to your destination. At the village entrance, watch out for several soldiers, who are guarding access to their leader. You need to kill them all and clear the area, before you enter Amita's cottage. Do not be deceived by their uniforms - the soldiers of the Golden Path attack you as soon as they spot you. After a short exchange of fire, you can decide Amita's fate - either kill her or let her go. In both cases, your choice will have no effect on the future events and you will never see Amita again, anyways.
