The main difficulty when capturing this outpost is the presence of a sniper and a war dog. Remember also that there are two alarm box in this area, so if you want to make sure that there won't be any reinforcements coming, you will have to destroy both of them. The roof of the building (the one with the sniper on the second floor) should be a good vantage point. Go around the outpost from the right side and reach the back of it.
