Start aiming when the demon is will be getting ready to attack you.

Now, you will have to face Rakshasa. Your task is to defeat the flying demon. You can use your bow and your tiger - keep the bow for Rakshasa and use the tiger to eliminate other dangers. When shooting at Rakshasa, always use the aiming mode, which will slow down the time and will allow you to perform a better shot. The opportunity to shoot appears always when the demon is getting ready to spit fire missiles. You will notice it opening its mouth. The mouth will turn red and you will have a few seconds for shooting. This way, you will deal damage to the enemy and prevent it from firing the missiles. Repeat that three times to make Rakshasa fall down.

When the demon falls down - send the tiger to attack it.

After shooting Rakshasa down, you will have a moment to send the tiger. It will go straight into the demon's mouth and Rakshasa will be vulnerable for a moment. You have to hit the beast in the red spot again to deal more damage. Repeat the whole sequence two times (three hits when the bird is flying and then, when it's down.

The tigers attack will give you a moment for hitting Rakshasa straight in the mouth. - The Unpainted Future - Side quests - Shangri-La - Far Cry 4 - Game Guide and Walkthrough
The tiger's attack will give you a moment for hitting Rakshasa straight in the mouth.

During the third "round", you only have to hit Rakshasa when it's in the air (it will finish the fight and you no longer have to send the tiger). What makes this phase more difficult is that every other time the demon breaths fire, you cannot hit him. Therefore, you have two times less opportunities to attack. Try to take advantage of each one by pulling the bowstring early enough. Another difficulty will be the new enemies (fire-spitting demons and animals), so send your tiger to distract them. After you hit Rakshasa three times, the fight will end.

Its the end of the Shangri-La story. - The Unpainted Future - Side quests - Shangri-La - Far Cry 4 - Game Guide and Walkthrough
It's the end of the Shangri-La story.

The battle with the demon is not easy. Try to hit the target every time you aim to finish it quickly. Don't mind the other enemies - just run around the arena and avoid the missiles. If they become too annoying, shoot some of them. However, your main way of dealing with tem is the tiger. Keep your eye on Rakshasa all the time, especially during the last phase, when you can only hit it during every other time it wants to attack. Try to avoid the fire, as you have to put out the flames when hit and it slows you down, preventing your from healing. Remember also that if you don't hit the enemy during the attack, you will not block it, so keep moving to avoid the missiles.
