Right after climbing the wall, kill the sniper.

Capture this fortress after you complete the Shoot the Messenger mission. Without Noore, it will be weaker and the alarm outside the fortress will be disabled. Inside, there are a few usual soldiers and two heavy gunners, so make sure that you have the proper equipment. You won't be needing a Guns for Hire token here, as the mercenary wouldn't be able to reach this area. You're on your own, but capturing this fortress is not so difficult.

Deal with the soldier on the balcony and the upper level will be clear.

Approach the fortress and climb the wall from the right side. You can do it using your grappling hook. Eliminate the sniper and use the platform on the right to go up. Here, kill another enemy and go inside.

When inside, you can easily destroy two alarm boxes.

Approach the edge but don't go down. From here, you can shoot two alarm boxes. Staying on the upper level will allow you to see the inner and the outer part of the fortress. If you don't make too much noise, no enemy will find you here. Eliminate the soldiers with machetes (inner part) and then, clear the outer part (a few usual enemies). At the end, deal with the armored soldiers. Kill them using a grenade launcher, grenades or takedown. If you lure them closer to the walls (for example by throwing a stone), you can also eliminate them using the mortar located on the balcony.

Finish the confused enemies from the balcony, while staying unnoticed.

You can also try to access the fortress using a different way. Instead of climbing the wall, use the grappling hook on the left part of the gate. This path will lead you inside the fortress, to a big hall on the lower level. From here, you can disable both the alarms and start eliminating the enemies.
