Before assaulting the Royal Palace, make sure that you are prepared.

To start the mission, go and meet with rebels. It is the last main campaign mission and it consists in claiming Pagan Min's fortress, which is very well guarded. Make sure that you take proper equipment. A sniper rifle and a grenade launcher will surely be of use and you should also take a shotgun for close contact.

Using the sniper rifle, eliminate the most dangerous enemies: snipers, soldiers with rocket launchers, soldiers manning the MMGs and mortars.

After reaching the fortress, clear the area around it using your sniper rifle. Focus mainly on the soldiers with MMGs and mortars and also the snipers. From a safe distance, kill as many enemies as you can and then start heading towards the palace. Move from one cover to another in crouching position. Eliminate all the soldiers that you encounter so that they wouldn't trouble you from behind.

Near the gate, turn left and enter the next part of the fortress by climbing the rocks. Behind the gate, watch out for more enemies - when they are close to you, use your grenade launcher to eliminate whole groups. A bit further, turn left (watch out for soldiers above you).

Refill your ammo (the room on the left) and destroy the gate.

Your task is to destroy the gate. You can do this using a rocket launcher or grenades (you will find some ammo in the room on the left). After completing the task, enter the courtyard.

Secure the courtyard

Your task is to capture three strategic point.

After going through the gate, you have to clear out both sides of the courtyard. First, eliminate the jeep with MMG that drives to the middle. Next, turn left and go up the stairs. You will get to the Armory which you have to capture - stay inside and eliminate a wave of enemies that will come at you.

When capturing territory, prepare for a wave of soldiers.

Opposite the Armory, you will find the Comm Center. Again, stay inside until you capture it. The last place that you need to go to is the HQ. After capturing this place, you have to eliminate all the remaining enemies here. After you do that, head to the point of meeting with the rebels and get ready for the last attack.

Survive the last attack

Try to destroy the jeeps before the soldiers get out.

Grab an MMG and shoot at the approaching jeeps, as well as the soldiers attacking you from the left. You should be able to kill most of them using this weapon, but mind also the radar. When your enemies manage to get close to you, leave the MMG and eliminate them, as otherwise they can ambush your from behind. Do not stay glued to the MMG without any knowledge of what is going on around you.
