Eliminating the two snipers should be your priority.

It is good to start capturing this outpost from the south. From a nearby rock, you will easily mark most of the enemies. If you have a sniper rifle, you can take down the two snipers - do it quickly so that one soldier doesn't see the body of the other one. Next, approach the corner of the small building, circle it and jump onto the roof (watch out for an armored soldier here).
