Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood

  1. Genre: action-RPG
  2. Release date: 2020
  3. Platforms: PC
  4. Developer: Cyanide Studios

All the time you hear about vampires and more vampires... Meanwhile, there are also other powerful monsters and creatures that hide in the shadow of vampire popularity – we speak about werewolves. This year we will receive two titles originating from the vast World of Darkness, and the second one is Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood. Fans of White Wolf Publishing have many reasons to celebrate. Especially since "The Werewolf" has not yet been adapted as a video game.

It will be a dark action-RPG with brutal combat. You'll finally set off into the world as one of the Garou, the title werewolves. So far, we don't know much about this title, except for one important detail – we will take control of a character with a predefined identity. His name is Cahal. After years of exile, he will return to his clan to help his loved ones in their struggle against the emerging Pentex corporation. Therefore, we can expect interesting storylines and plot-points related to the state of modern civilization. The only difference is that the nature we will get to know is unlikely to be mild.

We will see how the game presents itself when the developers of Cyanide (Styx, Bloodbowl) reveal more promotional content. Preliminary assumptions sound quite promising.
