NiOh 2

  1. Genre: action-RPG
  2. Release date: March 13, 2020
  3. Platform: PS4
  4. Developers: Team Ninja

Previously, we were taken to this alternative version of Japan, plagued by a plague of demons and other filth, by Geralt's Japanese cousin (no wonder, The Witcher 3 was extremely popular back then), that is, blonde hair William. This time the creators of Team Ninja have decided to bet on a hero (or heroine) more suited to the ideas of far-eastern warriors.

We return to Japan in the Sengoku period, the turn of the 15th and 16th century. The country is facing a number of disasters. Ongoing war is just a one major issue, but the islands are once again plagued by demons (yokai). Our protagonist, as a half-man and half-yokai, has to confront all demons. Reasonably. After all, evil should be used against evil.

Team Ninja learned from their mistakes and made a lot of improvements. This time we will have an opportunity to create our own hero (or at least select the hero's appearance). We will fight not only in our world, but also in the Dark Realm. The latter will be visited during some encounters with the monsters. The combat will be hellishly difficult and even more cruel in the Dark Realm. Thankfully, you will get some useful equipment and abilities. The most powerful of these is the possibility of turning into a demon. All in order to grow in strength, collect loot and unlock skills – as in a decent action-RPG.
