On this page of our game guide to Desperados 3 you can find the first part of our walkthrough of Mission 6 - The Bridge at Eagle Falls. We describe the two main things you need to take care of before you get the dynamite. These include crossing the bridge to reach locations on the other side of the ravine and obtaining a disguise for Kate, which makes it much easier to eliminate enemies.

Crossing through the railway bridge

Cooper, McCoy and Kate are playable characters from the very beginning of the mission (M6, 1). They start their struggle on the opposite side of the ravine from the most important locations on the map.

The characters are located in the vicinity of the bandit camp (M6,4). You need to get rid of at least some of them. Initially you have a very small area of activity, but it's not a significant problem. Rely on a combination of setting up a doctor's bag as a trap and using Cooper's coin to lure opponents. Get rid of your enemies and don't forget to hide their bodies in the bushes. If you need to get rid of an opponent who is in the field of view of other enemies, then help yourself with additional perfumes and Showdown Mode in order to perform combo attacks.

Slowly head towards the railway bridge (M6,5) - you have to cross it. You must avoid the first Long Coat opponent travelling across the bridge. Try to draw inferior opponents away from him and carry out attacks when he goes the other way. There are also crates on the bridge, behind which you can effectively hide.

Long Coat opponent can be killed, which requires cooperation of McCoy and Cooper. The plan is as follows:

1. Hide behind crates passed by the Long Coat enemy (2 on the map).
2. Position McCoy in the initial section of the bridge (1 on the map) and use a gun with a scope to hit the Long Coat.
3. The hit Long Coat will only be weakened. However, he will kneel for a moment.
4. Approach the Long Coat from the back (with Cooper) in order to kill him (2 on the map). It is important not to run towards Long Coat from the front because he can perform a strong attack against you.

In a similar way, you can get rid of any other Long Coat opponents you encounter later in the mission. This is the best method until Sanchez arrives in the final stage of the task. Complete the journey to the other side of the ravine.

Getting a disguise for Kate

You may be interested in stealing a disguise for Kate as soon as you walk over the bridge and reach a small railway station (M6,6). Unfortunately, there are various characters in the area and in addition to enemies you also have to avoid being detected by civilians.

You can drag away the first enemy near the bushes by using a doctor's bag. In the case of a bandit in a poncho the best option is to throw a perfume at civilians and launch a quick attack against the enemy. Hide his body before the civilians will come to their senses. Get rid of them at the end.

Kate should immediately equip the acquired disguise. There are several standard enemies in the area. In addition to distracting them, you can test your ability to flirt with enemies and draw them away from their outposts. This ability works for a limited period of time, but it should allow you to draw enemies to places where they will find themselves out of their colleagues' field of view.

Decide how you will get the dynamite

Now have to decide how to get the dynamite needed to blow up the bridge. There are two options available and if you don't plan to kill all enemies on the map, then you must get interested in only one variant:
