While playing as a support, you need to remember that, on your regular supplies of ammo, not only the life of the individual members of your team may depend, but also the success of the entire team. A soldier without ammo is a dead soldier and this is a point lost for your team.
An LMG barrage is potent in terms of suppressing your enemy. It blurs the enemy's vision and makes it difficult for them to aim.
The LMG magazines are voluminous, and that not without a reason - do not save up ammo while suppressing the enemy- especially that you can replenish it yourself.
Do not deploy ammo boxes in spots where they can be easily destroyed by the enemy.
The XM25 grenade launcher is a powerful tool at fighting the enemy hidden behind a cover. Enter the aiming mode, locate the cover and discharge the grenade above the cover or next to it. They will explode in the air, behind the back of the unsuspecting enemy.
XM25 can be used as both a shotgun and a smoke grenade. Select the grenade type in accordance with the needs and the situation.
Support soldiers have CLAYMORE anti-personnel mines and C4 explosives . Mines are perfect as traps for the enemy flanking your positions, whereas C4 explosives are excellent against enemy vehicles.
Set mines in the spots frequented by the enemy - e.g. the regions of flags or MCOM relays.
Set a C4 charge onto the relay protected by you and you will be able to detonate it right into the face of the enemies arming the relay.
Three C4 charges, set on a fast vehicle turn it into a "bomb car". Accelerate such a vehicle towards an enemy vehicle, jump out a couple of meters before the target and detonate the charges at the moment of impact. This way you are sure even the heaviest of vehicles.
C4 charges can also be set while in water or underwater.
The remote-control M224 mortar is perfect against enemy snipers.
Before you use the M224, find a place that will protect you from detection and enemy fire, e.g. a container, a dark room or bushes.
If you deplete your M224 ammo, pick the weapon up and deploy it again, to be able to continue fire.
The Man Portable Active Protection System (MP-APS) is ideal for the protection of your team against the enemy missile and tank projectiles! Remember, however, to deploy it in a way that places your team members in the part lit in green.
Adjust your field improvements to your gadgets. The "Indirect attack" upgrade allows you to supply your companions with ammo and increases your supply of grenade launcher and mortar projectiles. "Perimeter defense" will make it easier to protect you allies.
