Starting area
You begin the exploration of the Flaming Fist headquartes here. You can check the nearby alleys first or you can head directly towards the entrance to the building (03).
Side alley
You can help Kieran and Rolff here. They've been stopped by the Flaming Fist enforcers for ignoring the curfew - "Breaking Curfew" side quest.

Dauston will be thrown out of the building - you can talk to him and listen to his story.
You'll end up in one of the corridors with the cells.
Central chamber
You can talk to officer Jenks about the reinforcements officer Vida (M4,2) has requested - "Rabble-Rousers" side quest.
You can talk to officer Fritz about Garachen (M2,15) - "Refuge for the Refugees". You can lie and tell him that Garahen is selling the refugees to the slavers.
North-western cells
Tiax is in one of the cells and you can ask him to join your team ("Recruitment Drive" quest). Sadly he'll refuse.

General information about the Flaming Fist Headquarters

The above map shows the Flaming Fist Headquarters, one of a few additional locations available in the city. It is one of less important locations as inside the headquarters and near it you won't find anyone who would join your party. You won't complete any main quests here as well, but few side quests which you can complete if you have a spare moment are related to this place.

4. Central chamber

There are few guards in the building's main room. Officer Jenks is related to the Rabble-Rousers side quest which you could have received while exploring the area near the Elfsong Tavern (M4,2). You can convince him to send reinforcements officer Vida was asking for.

Officer Fritz is related to one of the possible endings of the Refuge for the Refugees quest which can be unlocked by meeting with Garachen near the Ducal Palace (M2,15). You can lie and tell that Garachen is selling refugees to the slave traders - this will lead to him being arrested. Fritz can tell you where Tiax (M6,5) is held. Sadly, despite the invitation (Recruitment Drive quest) he won't want to join your party.

Breaking Curfew (side quest) - You must speak to Kieran and Rolff who were stopped by the Flaming Fist guards (M6,2) for breaking the curfew. You can stand in their defense or let them be beaten by guards.
