11th Fragment

Fragment hovers over the dome of the tower. Get it by jumping up (RT + A).

12th Fragment

You will find it on a wooden platform hanging off of the walls.

First climb on the nearby wooden beam, run upwards and then jump aside to the right.

13th Fragment

It is hidden under the stone arches of the building.

14th Fragment

It hovers over the rope hung between buildings.

15th Fragment

It is located on one of the towers domes.

16th Fragment

It is placed on top of the Templar tower.

17th Fragment

It hovers in the roofed dead-end street.

18th Fragment

It lies on the ground near the stairs.

19th Fragment

In order to get this fragment, climb on the building next to the walls and then jump from there to the wooden beam.

20th Fragment

It is located in the cemetery between the two stone pots.

21st Fragment

Fragment is on top of stone column.

In order to get there, climb on the lowest pole on the other side of the street and then jump over next columns towards your target. Before your last jump gather some speed and remember about using hook blade (hold B while in the air).
