The second part of Chapter 8 (A Sea of Promises) in Plague Tale Requiem is more dramatic. From our walkthrough you will learn how to escape the Count's soldiers and how to avoid the attacks of the falcon controlled by the Falconeer.

In the second phase of Chapter 8 (A Sea of Promises) of Plague Tale: Requiem, Amicia and Hugo must flee from Count's soldiers. Our walkthrough shows how to lose the pursuit and how to hide from the falconeer.
Escape from the Count's soldiers
With the conclusion of the events on the stage, Amicia and Hugo will be treated as enemies. Once you regain control of the heroes, a pursuit ensues. Hold the sprint button at all times and reach the building to temporarily lose the chase.
Continue along the path - there is an additional workbench in the barn. Ask Hugo to squeeze through the hole in the wall (above image), and he will unlock the gate for you.
Behind the gate you will find a wheeled cart and you can start pushing it. Put the cart in such a place to get access to the upper floor of the barn. There is a secret chest here.
Escape from the falconeer
More difficult task awaits - you'll encounter a Falconeer who sends his pet to hunt you down. Being without cover when falcon attacks means instant death.
Start by throwing a rock at the nearby tool box. This will draw the attention of the falcon, which will begin to fly to that location.
Take the opportunity that the falcon is distracted and quickly reach the next cover. Don't try to reach covers farther away, as you may not make it in time.
Repeat the above 2 steps until you reach a side door (screenshot above), which leads away from this location.
Your new task is to find Arnaud. SImply follow the linear path to an area that will be a background to Arnaud's duel against the Count.
Follow the Count and the Countess
You'll be taken to Count's estate, but this time you'll be treated as a guest. Simply follow the Count and his wife, listen to conversations along the way and complete simple interactions (tasting, praying). You'll reach a room prepared for Hugo and Amicia. This is the end of Chapter 8.
The game will not allow you to freely look around the estate. More freedom awaits in the next chapter.
