Third objective: Summon a Habitat Walker
You've probably noticed by now that you're being limited by two population cap meters. The left meter tells you how many Walkers you can summon to the battlefield. You will be allowed to have a maximum number of three of these units. I guess I should also tell you that summoning all three Walkers isn't going to be a problem here, however you should focus only on the first Walker for the time being. Wait for this unit to be summoned. Once this is done, start buying upgrades for it. I would recommend choosing offensive modules (plasma turrets, armor platings), because enemy forces won't bother you with any powerful attacks. There's only one exception - you should consider equipping the Habitat Walker with a Lost One Pod. Make sure that all hardpoints have been used. You can't leave any of them exposed. Buying the upgrades is going to cost you a lot, however your Reaper Drones should collect a lot of resources by now.
You will have to deal with some other problems at the same time. Your base is going to be attacked from the west and these attacks will be repeated every 30-60 seconds. It's not a major threat, because enemy forces are using mostly human tanks, however once you've equipped the Walker, you should focus on securing the western road. You will also have to find new resources for your Reaper Drones. Like I've already mentioned, you should consider moving them to the north. There are a lot of valuable objects there, including buildings (screen). Make sure that your Reaper Drones are being properly protected. You can't use only Monolith units, because they're too weak. You will have to assign Grunt & Lost One units as well.
Fourth objective: Summon a Spitter Turret
As you've probably noticed, your Glyph Carver units are capable of summoning new types of structures - Spitter Turrets. You will have to start placing these objects to the west of your main base. Try securing this entire area with them. A large number of turrets will grant you safe haven, because all enemy units are going to be destroyed almost instantly (screen). You may ignore defending the northern section of the map, because enemy forces shouldn't appear there. Move your army to the north in order to ensure protection for your Reaper Drones. If you've built enough turrets, your base won't need anyone else to defend it and you can always send your first Walker to the south. It'll be able to fire at enemy troops from a larger distance. It would also be a good idea to summon Grunt & Lost One units using the pods of your Habitat Walker.
Fifth objective: Destroy the southern missile facility
Despite what you might have thought, you don't have to be in a lot of hurry. The missile threat is real, however nothing bad will happen until you've reached the first missile facility. As a result, you will have plenty of time to plan your next moves and to expand by collecting more resources and summoning new units. You will have to prepared, so don't go west right away. Instead, stay where your are and take your time. Your primary objective at the moment will be to secure the western section of the base by placing more Spitter Turrets. You will also have to start summoning standard troops. Additionally, I'd strongly recommend buying a second Walker. Just as before, try fitting it with a lot of armor plates and plasma turrets, so you'll be able to use it during some of the upcoming battles. You will also have to keep protecting your Reaper Drones. Eventually they'll run out of resources. As a result, they will probably move to the south or to the south-west. You will have to be very careful there, because a lot of enemy units in patrolling these areas (screen). Thankfully, you won't have to stay there for too long. Summon a third Walker or reach your second population cap (standard units). You should also leave some credits for later, just in case you'll need to upgrade something or buy new units. If you decide to buy the third Walker, place it near the northern road, so it'll be able to defend this area on its own.
Remember that you'll have to be well prepared before you give the order to proceed with the assault. Reach the population cap for your standard units. Don't worry that you'll be using weaker troops, because you'll be allowed to summon new troops directly onto the battlefield. Obviously this can be done only if you've equipped your Habitat Walker with proper pods. I would recommend ordering at least one of your Walkers to start moving towards the southern facility (screen). Just as before, prevent your units from moving away from the Walker. They should stay close for better protection. Obviously you will encounter a lot of enemy units along the way, including tanks and vehicles. Use the plasma turrets to take out most of these targets. You should also remember about some useful abilities of Orlok.
