You'll be carrying out this task while doing some other quests. The places where you can find the thoughts were specified in the description of particular tasks, given below. The number of the thought corresponds to the number on the map above.

[38-M] Unknown Place - you start in [A], you'll find the first, second and third thought here.

[40-M] Unconsciousness: Amnesiphobia - you start in [B], you'll find the fourth, fifth and sixth thought here.

[41-M] Unconsciousness: Arachnophobia - you start in [C], you'll find the seventh, eighth and ninth thought here.

[42-M] Unconsciousness: Atelophobia - you start in [D], you'll find the tenth, eleventh and twelfth thought here.

You'll receive 1,000 XP for unlocking every sarcophagus with a thought and you'll have to defeat an enemy, while for finding all thoughts and completing this task you'll get 20,000 XP.
