Beginning: After you've done the quest [12-M] Teal's Ikayorte talk to Billy Bugeyes under the deck.

It's going to be quite a long quest, particularly because of the distances you have to cover - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

It's going to be quite a long quest, particularly because of the distances you have to cover. Moreover, you must deal with the task [12-M] Teal's Ikayorte first to be able to start searching for a woman for Billy Bugeyes - because that's what this quest is all about.

Have a chat with the pirate (he's lying under the deck of the ship in [1], right by the parrot) and agree to help him. Use the Teleport Stone to go to [4] (Ongama den). If you didn't use the saddle horse, then he should be standing near [3] - bring him to [4], because he'll be of use during quite a long way.

You can either quickly avoid enemies during the horse ride (or simply go through the forest and not attract any attention to yourself), or clean the surroundings systematically - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

You can either quickly avoid enemies during the horse ride (or simply go through the forest and not attract any attention to yourself), or clean the surroundings systematically. South to [4] first you'll meet a Zygophylla and a Poisoner on your way. In the vicinity of [5] there's another Zygophylla, together with several other enemies: a stone-throwing Kanji ongama and Ongama, and also Pinum Cembra (warrior), Pinum Brutia (archer) and Pinum Sylvestris (wizard). Don't fight them all simultaneously, and if you get too much beating don't hesitate to flee. Just use the Teleport Stone to get to a teleport that's located close to an altar. This way, you'll regenerate your health fast. Next, teleport to [4] and get back to the fight.

Head further south. You'll pass by another Zygophylla and Poisoner on your way, while in [6] there will be a Zygophylla and three Hamadryads, shown in the picture below. These woman-warriors mostly attack from a distance, that's why it's hard to move closer to them. It's best to kill them individually, and if you sustain serious wounds you'd better run away fast. Further south you'll come across a Zygophylla, Poisoner, Zygophylla and Poisoner (in the order just provided). There are three huge, stone-throwing Tiamat Ongamas in the west, but you don't have to fight with them. You can, however, kill a Zygophylla at the fork of the roads in [7].

It's time to visit a small woman-warrior village - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

It's time to visit a small woman-warrior village. Attacking from the front (from [7]) is pointless. It's better to hide behind the cottages in the vicinity of [8] and lure individual Hamadryads. There are six opponents here and battling with them all simultaneously could quickly result in your death. Use the parts of the surroundings (fences, cottages) to hide from their arrows.

Next, begin clearing the cottages from goods and Hamadryads - in each hut there are two opponents and two chests, and each lock has to be either picked or destroyed - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

Next, begin clearing the cottages from goods and Hamadryads - in each hut there are two opponents and two chests, and each lock has to be either picked or destroyed. The hut in [9] is of most interest to you, as the Hamadryads' prisoner, Pat, occupies it. Set him free by pulling the lever in [10], and you'll get 15,000 XP.

Pat is a transsexual elf who desperately wants to be a woman - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

Pat is a transsexual elf who desperately wants to be a woman. It can be arranged - all you need to do is find a special ring of gender change. You should continue going south. Behind the gate in [11] there'll be three Hamadryads and a Poisoner, and little further two Hamadryads close to Zygophyllas and another plants (Zygophyllas, Poisoners), scattered in great numbers on the roads leading south.

But don't go too far, just down to the beach in [12] and reach a wrecked raft in [13]. Here, you'll have to crush two Ublarions (a warrior and an archer). These are tough enemies so be careful. Once you've neutralized them, search a castaway's body. Apart from potions and auras you'll find an Elven Cursed Ring of Gender Change.

(Optional: You can swim to a small island in [11] - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

(Optional: You can swim to a small island in [11]. You'll find a locked trapdoor shown in the picture below. Open it by picking a lock or destroying it, and then go down to the smugglers' hideout. You'll appear in [12]. There are three chests you can search.)

With the ring now in your possession, run to Pat in [10] and give it to him - [17-S] Pirates Don't Cry - Walkthrough - Two Worlds II: Pirates of The Flying Fortress - Game Guide and Walkthrough

With the ring now in your possession, run to Pat in [10] and give it to him. You'll be rewarded with 15,000 XP. Next, teleport to [2] and go on board the ship in [1]. Find Billy Bugeyes (lying under the deck) and give him the good news. You'll receive a Silver Badge, Billy's Brochure, Unknown Concoction, 2000 auras, +10 to reputation among the pirates and 15,000 XP. You can drink the Awesome Concoction after reading the leaflet, thus your Endurance will be boosted +5 permanently.
