What is required to complete this level in 100%?

To complete Ocean Speedway in 100%, you have to do the following things:

1. Fly through 8 arches.
2. Destroy 8 boats.
3. Destroy 8 cars.
4. Fly through 8 rings.
5. All In One.

Walkthrough

This level is rather easy. The biggest challenge here is to have the correct altitude.

Start with completing all rings. They are, more or less, in one line so you shouldn't have problems with completing this objective. Then, head towards the arches. Here, things get more complicated. You have to change your altitude constantly, especially in the canyon.

After that, you will reach the place with boats. Don't hit the ramps that spawn boats. Doing that makes Spyro fall down into the water. All boats swim around the three ramps - this means that your maneuverability is limited.

Go to the place with cars. You don't have to fly here. Land and keep using the charge - move in the direction opposite to the cars. Thanks to that, you will be able to destroy every target.
