Bringer of Ruin

How to unlock: Cast five Apocalypse spells on the same troop turn.

Comment: For this achievement, develop one of the wielders of the Barya faction, which specializes in the Chaos and Destruction essences. You can also start Baria's story campaign - Bihgli can use the Apocalypse spell from the beginning.

One use of Apocalypse requires 5 essences of chaos and 5 essences of destruction. Increase essence growth by conducting research and donning appropriate artifacts and talismans (such as Talisman of Chaos). Save the game before the battle in which you will try to get the achievement - there is a risk that the spells you cast may inflict damage to your troops. They have to be strong/numerous enough that 5 arena bombings won't kill them all.

The Song of Stoutheart

How to unlock: Complete all Arleon campaign maps (on any difficulty).

Comment: This is 1 out of 4 story campaigns, consisting of 4 missions. The easiest difficulty level is called Fair.

Death to Diplomacy

How to unlock: Complete the last Arleon campaign map on Hard.

Comment: First, complete The Song of Stoutheart campaign to learn the map and objectives of the final 4th mission. In particular, memorize the location of towns and settlements to be conquered, the location of enemy towns, and where to meet enemy wielders.

You need to set the Overwhelming difficulty level - its assumptions are discussed in more detail on the Difficulty levels page.

Dressed for Success

How to unlock: Have a wielder equipped with artifacts in all slots .

Comment: You need to fill all slots for armor / clothing items, plus the bottom 3 slots for talismans.

You should get the achievement, for example, while going through a campaign. Visit as many places as possible while traveling with the main character, as you can acquire more artifacts as loot. You can also get easy loot by defeating an enemy wielder and taking their artifacts.

Attack Bonanza

How to unlock: Have troop perform six attacks on its turn.

Comment: Wait until you unlock the Onslaught spell which adds 1 attack to the selected troop.

One use of the spell requires 6 essences of order and 6 essences of chaos - you need to collect the required amount of essences to cast Onslaught 5 times on the same troop. They will then be able to make 6 attacks in the same turn (1 "normal" and 5 extra thanks to the spells).

The Price of Freedom

How to unlock: Complete all Barya campaign maps (on any difficulty).

Comment: This is 1 out of 4 story campaigns, consisting of 4 missions. The easiest difficulty level is called Fair.

A Life's Worth

How to unlock: Complete the last Barya campaign map on Hard.

Comment: First, complete The Price of Freedom campaign to learn the map and objectives of the final 4th mission. In particular, memorize the location of towns and settlements to be conquered, the location of enemy towns, and where to meet enemy wielders.

You need to set the Overwhelming difficulty level - its assumptions are discussed in more detail on the Difficulty levels page.

This Spot's Taken

How to unlock Block an enemy troop from burrowing up.

Comment: Among the enemies in the armies of the Rana faction you may encounter Burrowers - these units can burrow underground and then emerge elsewhere in their next turn.

You cannot know in advance where these monsters will pop up from the ground, but you can anticipate that they will try to attack, for example, your ranged troops.

After Burrowers go underground in the same turn, surround your vulnerable troops with other units. There is a chance that one of them will block the enemy unit from digging itself out. The monster will return to its original field, the message about the blocked burrow will appear (example in the picture) and you will unlock the achievement.

Hello There

How to unlock: Burrow up next to three or more ranged enemy troops.

Comments: This is a similar achievement to the one above, with the exception that you must have Burrowers in the army of your wielder from the Rana faction. Wait for a battle in which the enemy has numerous ranged troops and send the Burrowers to the right place on the board.

If necessary, you can also use spells that can rearrange enemy units, especially if the opponent has changed their initial deployment during their turns.

Versatile Wielder

How to unlock: Cast each spell (over any number of games).

Comment: There is a good chance that you will get the achievement during normal gameplay. The game remembers the spells cast in different scenarios and different modes.

A general hint is that you should always try to cast a variety of spells from the available pool, and not just focus only on your favorite spells. Also, remember to conserve essence for those spells that require a lot of this resource.

Unlimited Power!

How to unlock: Kill three enemies using Chain Lightning.

Comment: For the achievement, choose a hero with high Chaos essence. You must choose an Chain Lightning area spell (14 chaos essences required) and defeat 3 troops occupying different fields on the board (they should stand close together). It cannot be 3 units that are part of the same troop. It's also a good idea to stock up in advance on skills or artifacts that increase the damage done by offensive spells.

Fully Charged

How to unlock: Have ten or more Charged buffs on a troop.

Comment: You can use knights from the Arleon faction to get the achievement. Your goal is to get a troop of knights that will cover 10 fields in 1 turn. You can increase their default range through spells, research or skills linked to the units' movement.

Coming Through!

How to unlock: Trigger three Attacks of Opportunity in a single Bull Rush.

Comment: Defenders from the Rana faction (an upgraded version of overgrown toads), who have the Bull Rush skill, are associated with the achievement.

Put these units in a position where there are at least 3 different enemy units in a line in front of them. After activating the charge, your troop can react to attacks from passing enemies.

Critical Hit

How to unlock: Deal 500 damage or more in one attack.

Comment: The achievement can easily be obtained by simply playing the game. The stronger/more numerous a given troop from your army, the greater the chance of unlocking it.

Deepstrike

How to unlock: Use Dimensional Door to position your troop in three or more Zones of Control.

Comment: Dimensional Door is the name of a spell from the Arcana group (6 arcana essences required). Once it is unlocked, choose any troop from your army. Teleport it next to at least 3 different enemy units.

Die by the Bow

How to unlock: Kill 100,000 enemies using ranged attacks.

Comment: This is one of the time-consuming achievements, but the game counts kills from all modes. Focus on attacking primarily weaker enemy troops with a large number of units. They can die quickly and easily.

Die by the Staff

How to unlock: Kill 100,000 enemies using magic damage.

Comment: This is one of the time-consuming achievements, but the game counts kills from all modes. Focus on attacking primarily weaker enemy troops with a large number of units. They can die quickly and easily.

Die by the Sword

How to unlock: Kill 100,000 enemies using melee attacks

Comment: This is one of the time-consuming achievements, but the game counts kills from all modes. Focus on attacking primarily weaker enemy troops with a large number of units. They can die quickly and easily.

Double Kill

How to unlock: Win two battles on the same turn with the same wielder.

Comment: This is a very simple achievement. Find 2 enemy armies standing close to each other on the map. Attack the first one with a lot of wielder movement points in reserve, so that after winning the first battle, you will be able to make it in the same turn to the second hostile army.

Barbecue

How to unlock: Kill three enemies with one flame attack.

Comment: To get this achievement, wait until you gain access to dragons - they are the most advanced unit of the Rana faction.

Make your dragons reach three different enemy troops that stand next to each other (preferably with placement in the shape of a triangle). A single dragon attack has a chance of killing all enemy units.

In The Thick Of It

How to unlock: Have three or more Front Line Fighter buffs on a troop.

Comment: Scarred Brutes, an improved version of the Brutes from the Baria faction, are associated with this achievement. Only the upgraded variant has the Front Line Fighter passive skill.

Place it in near 3 different enemy troops. For each enemy troop on an adjacent field, Scarred Brute receives 1 buff.

Full House

How to unlock: Win a battle using each of the official wielders.

Comment: This achievement is best obtained in Conquest mode. Create a new scenario, start it with any faction and advance to the point where you can recruit new wielders in a town/settlement.

Save the game, hire a wielder and win any simple battle with them. You can then load the previous save, pay another wielder and win an easy battle again. After winning battles with all the wielders of a particular faction, switch to another faction and repeat the above steps.

Infernal Influence

How to unlock: Make enemy kill his friend using Blind Hatred.

Comment: Blind Hatred is a spell - it takes 6 essences of chaos and 6 essences of arcana to cast it.

After unlocking it, use the spell on any strong enemy troop that has a weak troop standing next to it. After being attacked by blinded companions, they should easily die.

Killing Spree

How to unlock: Win six battles in a row on the same turn.

Comment: This is a more difficult version of the Double Kill achievement. Look for a place on the map where 6 stationary enemy armies stand in close proximity to each other. Also, increase the number of movement points of your commander in advance (including objects on the map, such as a waterfall) in order to reach them all in time.

Together for Her

How to unlock: Complete all Loth campaign maps (on any difficulty).

Comment: This is 1 out of 4 story campaigns, consisting of 4 missions. The easiest difficulty level is called Fair.

An Empress's Hope

How to unlock: Complete the last Loth campaign map on Hard difficulty.

Comment: First, complete Together For Her campaign to learn the map and objectives of the final 4th mission. In particular, memorize the location of towns and settlements to be conquered, the location of enemy towns, and where to meet enemy wielders.

Multi Kill

How to unlock: Win three battles in one turn with the same wielder.

Comment: This is a more difficult version of the Double Kill achievement. Look for a place on the map where 3 stationary enemy armies stand in close proximity to each other. Also, increase the number of movement points of your commander in advance (including objects on the map, such as a waterfall) in order to reach them all in time.

Proof That Luck Can Be Consistent

How to unlock: Win 25 multiplayer (online or hotseat) games.

Comment: This achievement is multiplayer related, but you do not have to play with another live player. Choose Hotseat, in which players take turns making their moves, and you can play as any of them. Select a small simple map and always win as player 1.

Death From Above

How to unlock: Kill three enemies using Breath of the Phoenix.

Comment: Breath of the Phoenix is a powerful spell that can bombard the arena with fireballs. To cast it you need 7 essences of creation and 7 essences of destruction.

You need to eliminate 3 different enemy units - they must stand in a straight line to be all hit by 1 use of the spell. If necessary, use another spell first to move the selected enemy unit.

Whoops!

How to unlock: Have your troop die from a Quick retaliation.

Comment: The achievement can easily be obtained by simply playing the game. You can also browse through the stats of enemy units until you come across one with the Quick Retaliation skill - these could be, e.g. the Dreaths from the Barya faction. Attack the enemy with a weak unit so that they can die after a counterattack.

From the Ashes

How to unlock: Complete all Rana campaign maps (on any difficulty).

Comment: This is 1 out of 4 story campaigns, consisting of 4 missions. The easiest difficulty level is called Fair.

The Marsh Expands

How to unlock: Complete the last Rana campaign map on Hard difficulty.

Comment: First, complete From the Ashes campaign to learn the map and objectives of the final 4th mission. In particular, memorize the location of towns and settlements to be conquered, the location of enemy towns, and where to meet enemy wielders.

You need to set the Overwhelming difficulty level - its assumptions are discussed in more detail on the Difficulty levels page.

Don't Touch My Stuff

How to unlock: Reclaim your town that is being occupied/razed/converted by the enemy.

Comment: You can increase the chances of getting the achievement by intentionally leaving one of your towns undefended. Have a wielder with a strong army in the area so that when a town is taken over by an enemy, they will be able to take it back in no time. You must win the battle and take control of the town again.

Such a Fungi

How to unlock: Use Repel to push an enemy troop into three Explosive Fungi.

Comment: Explosive Fungi are a spell (its requirements are 3 essences of creation and 3 essences of destruction) with which you can set up 3 mine-traps on the board. Place them directly behind any enemy troops (not in front of them!).

The last step is to use the Repel spell to push enemy units at the mines. It is a spell from the Arcana group and its requirements are the 7 Arcana essences.

Sorcerous Spree

How to unlock: Cast five spells on the same troop turn.

Comment: It must be any 5 spells in a row before your next troop in the turn order performs any action. It is best to collect a lot of essence points first and then choose the cheapest spells.

Get Over Here!

How to unlock: Swap enemy troop into Acid Cloud.

Comment: Acid Cloud is a spell from the Creation category and requires 12 creation essence.

Use the Acid Cloud to attack any enemy troops, then cast the Swap spell (requirements are 4 creation essence and 4 chaos essence).

The end result is to swap places between the troop hit with acid and any other enemy troop within range of the spell.

Cleave

How to unlock: Kill three enemies with one sweeping attack.

Comment: The sweeping attack is available to Legions units from the Barony of Loth faction. You have to position the Legion unit in such a place that it is surrounded by 3 enemy units. A sweeping attack must kill these enemies and it is worth weakening them first, for example, with spells cast by the commander.

Landlord Extraordinaire

How to unlock: Max out town a town in a non-campaign game (tier 5, walls, upgraded buildings on all build sites).

Comment: Choose Conquest mode and a map that allows you to reach the maximum town level. You have to level it up to the highest fifth level and develop all the build sites - you can choose any buildings, although each of them must then be upgraded to the highest level.

Trojan Horse

How to unlock: Use a teleport spell to get on top of or behind the walls in a town siege.

Comment: After you launch an attack on an enemy town, approach the walls with any of your troops and use the Dimensional Door spell. Choose the walls or the area on the other side of them as your teleportation target.

Ultra Kill

How to unlock: Win four battles on the same turn with the same wielder.

Comment: This is a more difficult version of the Double Kill achievement. Look for a place on the map where 4 enemy armies stand in close proximity to each other. Also, increase the number of movement points of your commander in advance (including objects on the map, such as a waterfall) in order to reach them all in time.

Adept

How to unlock: Reach level 8 with a wielder.

Comment: This is one of several achievements related to leveling up heroes, and it is best to focus on developing one selected wielder.

You can unlock the achievement in any mode, including the story campaign. Look for every possible opportunity to get XP (battles, skills, objects on the maps for which you get experience, etc.).

Veteran

How to unlock: Reach level 16 with a wielder.

Comment: Check the description of the Adept achievement.

Master

How to unlock: Reach level 24 with a wielder.

Comment: Check the description of the Adept achievement.

Grand Master

How to unlock: Reach level 32 with a wielder.

Comment: Check the description of the Adept achievement. It is best to choose one of the very large maps in Conquest mode, which will provide you with plenty of opportunities to obtain experience points.

Humiliation

How to unlock: Win a battle before the enemy gets a turn.

Comment: You can unlock this achievement by defeating the enemy army before any of its troops make their move. Ideally, it should be an enemy army consisting of a small number of troops.

We advise, first of all, to increase initiative of your troops. You can also use spells to reduce the initiative of enemy troops.

Pyrrhic Victory

How to unlock: Win a battle with only a single one unit left.

Comment: A big facilitation is that the game does not force you to start a battle with a larger army. Choose a strong hero and place only 1 strong unit in their army. Then attack any weak enemy troop on the map. During the battle, you should also use spells - to increase your unit's defense and to attack enemy troops with offensive spells.

Expert Essence Employment

How to unlock: Win a battle without making an attack.

Comment: Collect a large amount of essence for one of your wielders. Then find a weak enemy troop on the world map and attack it.

Once the battle begins, do not attack the opponents with your units and do not move them. Instead, focus solely on using offensive spells as your wielder. Also, get rid of enemies trying to approach your troops quickly, as they may attack you if they get too close.

Veni, Vidi, Vici

How to unlock: Win siege battle as attacker.

Comment: You must attack an enemy town and participate in a full battle. The achievement will not be unlocked if you choose the quick battle option.

Venisti, Vidisti, Perdidisti

How to unlock: Win siege battle as defender.

Comment: Place the wielder in your town, wait for the arrival of the enemy wielder and do a full battle. The achievement will not be unlocked if you choose the quick battle option.

Kneel, Peasant!

How to unlock: Win 25 times on non-campaign maps with Arleon.

Comment: Choose the smallest maps in Conquest mode and select the Arleon faction. It is also a good idea to set the lowest difficulty level and have only 1 AI opponent. This will allow you to achieve victories faster. It is also worth picking up maps that are already familiar with.

How to unlock: Win 25 times on non-campaign maps with Rana.

Comment: Choose the smallest maps in Conquest mode and select the Rana faction. It is also a good idea to set the lowest difficulty level and have only 1 AI opponent. This will allow you to achieve victories faster. It is also worth picking up maps that are already familiar with.

Oops!

How to unlock: Have enemy kill one of your own troops when you cast Blind Hatred.

Comment: Blind Hatred is a spell (the requirements are 6 essence chaos and 6 essence arcana). Once it is unlocked, position your weak squad next to the enemy's strong unit. Use the spell on the enemy troop, and they will be provoked to attack blindly.
