Unlocking the venture
JimRob's Garage is the game's first venture, which you'll unlock automatically. You acquire it as a reward for completing the main mission A Piece of the Action, described in our walkthrough.
In exchange for delivering him the container and eliminating the Idols, JR will strike a deal with you, letting you profit off his business.
Base venture rewards
- JimRob's Garage grants you a base hourly profit of $1,000. Fully completing the venture, that is, finishing all of JR's orders, permanently increases the profits to $2,000.
- You'll also receive access to a garage where you can deliver cars to, take out already saved cars as well as modify and tune the vehicles inside.
- Talk to JR to obtain new orders. Each order tasks you with stealing a specific vehicle. After accepting an order you can open the map and have the GPS guide you to the vehicle in question.
Venture completion rewards
Each delivered vehicle grants you some XP and cash. Curiously, you can return to the same place and steal the same vehicle again to add it to your own collection (JR takes the cars you deliver to him during orders).
Completing all the Garage's missions rewards you with $30,000 and 5,000 XP.
You'll be also rewarded with:
- JimRob's Crew Outfits;
- JimRob statue - you can place it in the Church HQ after advancing far enough into the game and unlocking searching for collectable items;
- JimRob's Attrazione - a unique, tuned vehicle and a variation of one of the regular sports cars, automatically delivered to your garage;
- access to Vehicle Delivery - use the Set as Favorite option on one of the garage cars. You'll now be able to order it from anywhere thanks to the Contacts app in your smartphone.
Order #1 - Hammerhead
Before you can start the optional orders you must go to the back of the Garage and talk to JR. Your first task is to steal a Hammerhead. It's parked next to one of the nearby houses.
Each time you steal an ordered car you initiate a chase - this time it will be a 2-star police pursuit. Sideswipes will come in handy while escaping the cops, but you should watch out not to destroy your car or get it stuck. If you lose your vehicle, you can return where you first found it - another one should appear there.
You don't need to lose the cops before returning to the garage. Parking the car in the purple circle in front of the garage automatically cancels the chase. Delivering this car comes with an additional reward of improving aerial vehicle handling.
Order #2 - Buggy Desert Devil
The buggy in question is in the northern part of the desert. This area is under the Idols' control and they'll immediately notice the car's disappearance.
Drive away from the parking lot (you shouldn't jump as you can easily get stuck) and start your escape. The Idols will chase you. As before, you can Sideswipe to take them down, but your priority is to get the buggy into the garage in one piece.
Order #3 - Attrazione
Your next task is stealing the Attrazione sports car found in Marina West.
Doing so triggers a 2-star police chase. We recommend using the boost the car is equipped with to lose the cops. Use it on long, straight stretches of road.
Order #4 - Go-Kart
You'll find the Go-Kart in the El Dorade district.
It comes with a unique feature - it can extend out spikes to pierce the tires of other cars. You'll have to escape the cops again, so we recommend using the spikes once police cars reach you.
Order #5 - Autobahn Courser Special Edition
This car can be found near the dam in the southern part of the desert.
Once the chase begins, we recommend driving off-road, then focusing on ramming the police cars and bypassing blockades.
Order #6 - Gargantua Monster Truck
The sixth vehicle is at the Los Panteros farm in the south-eastern part of the map. You'll immediately encounter some enemies once you reach the destination - you can kill them all, or just run to the Gargantua.
The monster truck is amazing at crushing other vehicles. The trip back will be extremely easy, as you can deliberately drive into the pursuing cars.
Order #7 - Crisis
The next vehicle can be found in the East Flats district.
The chase won't be too difficult, but it is long. Try to avoid crashing on the way.
Order #8 - Fer da Lance
The eighth car is located in the Monte Vista district.
This vehicle can jump, but it isn't very helpful during the chase. Focus on ramming the police cars and get to the garage in one piece.
Order #9 - Phoenix
You must head to Badlands North, near the Pulaski Bay Bridge construction site.
Right after stealing the car use a ramp to make a long jump, saving a lot of time. This car can pull a huge ball behind it, swinging it into other vehicles. Still, we recommend not taking any unnecessary risks. Focus on driving and don't crash.
Order #10 - APC
This is the final and most difficult order. The APC is located in the prison, in the western part of the map.
Entering the prison immediately initiates a 4-star police chase. We recommend approaching your destination from the east. Don't try to fight the guards, instead quickly leave your car, run for the APC and board it.
This chase is difficult, you'll be pursued through the entire map by armored trucks and other APCs. Try to avoid crashing, keep an eye on your radar to bypass blockades.
Finale - talk to JR
JR doesn't have any more orders for you. You must talk to him again - he's waiting next to the building. This fully completes the venture's questline and unlocks all of its rewards.
