This page of the Saints Row 2022 game guide describes side activities from the Side Hustles category available in the East Flats district. Each of them has its own goals that must be met to receive the reward.
Wingsuit Saboteur
Reward:

- $4,000.
In the south-eastern part of the location, there is a quest giver who will activate the Wingsuit Sabotage mission. Your task is to destroy the antennas on the rooftops at 4 points in the city. You have 15 minutes for the entire task. You will receive bombs for blowing up antennas when starting this side activity. Only they can destroy the antennas, no other weapon will enable you to do that.
If anyone stands in your way, eliminate them. To travel between rooftops, you have to use Weather Stations to launch yourself in the air. If you fall to the ground, the mission will not reset, but you will return to the plane. However, if you die during it, all points must be done again. After destroying all the required antennas, the mission will end.

Reward: Depends on the rating.
This quest is available in the northern part of the region. Your mission is to go to the place indicated on the map and rate the Snake Oil Saloon. It is worth noting that the Snake Oil Sallon symbol is a part of a collection - take a photo of it.
The lower the rating, the more opponents and the better the reward. You just need to protect your rating by eliminating the enemies and surviving.
