Exodus | Northgard Walkthrough Northgard Guide & Walkthrough
Last update: 14 March 2018
The campaign consists of eleven chapters, telling a story about Viking clans and their attempt to conquer a land known as Northgard. During the game you'll change your clan more than a few times. Most of the time, the choice of a clan is made for you, so you can't stick to one tactic throughout the whole game.
Aside from main tasks, you'll also receive a number of bonus objectives which become visible after completing the given stage. As always, you can complete them during the initial playthrough.
This chapter contains a detailed walkthrough for the following stages, including the lists of main and side objectives
The first story mission attempts to introduce you to the mechanics of the gameplay. As a result, some of the buildings and folklore are unavailable. During the mission, you'll assume control of Brand from the Clan of the Stag.
Mission objectives
- Reach the shore to the north
- Build a longship dock
Bonus objectives
- Reach 500 of food
- Explore all of the abandoned houses
- Build a longship dock before Year 3
Walkthrough
Your mission is to organize an expedition to Northgard. In order to do that, you need to travel to the northern shore. Start by building a Woodcutter's Lodge and a Scout Camp. The map is rather small, but you can create two scouts, especially if you are planning to complete the side mission, as the map contains three abandoned houses that have to be found and searched.
The area for a Longship dock has to be colonized first. Moreover, if you want to search the cottages, you need to colonize the adjacent areas. Colonizing will require a large amount of food. The zones next to your starting position are very fertile - there are fertile grounds and deer nearby. This means that you shouldn't have problems with gathering the required amount of food. If you want to increase the amount of produced food, simply build a food silo to increase the productivity of your buildings.
This map does not hold any dangers. You can encounter some wolves, but their amount is scarce and you shouldn't have any problems with them. You can take care of them using Brand - on easy and medium difficulty levels he should be able to deal with them on his own.
