This section of the guide explains how to increase the lifting capacity in Bannerlord.
How to increase capacity?
Maximum capacity in Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord can be increased in two ways. The first is recruiting new units - each soldier increases the maximum capacity. Here, you're only limited by the size of your army. The easier way is to buy a few horses and keep them around. Any horse, mule or camel affects the carrying capacity of your character. Mules can carry the most items, but are slowest. The universal solution is to have only horses. You can either buy the horses, or get them from defeated enemies.
