1st Old Message
The first Old Message is located at the edge of the map, near area 2.
2nd Old Message
The second Old Message is located between areas 1 and 2. Jump all the way down to the water tank. The Relic Record lies in a small gap in the wall near the vines.
3rd Old Message
The third Old Message is on a rock between areas 1 and 5.
4th Old Message
The forth Old Message is hidden in the bushes near area 11.
5th Old Message
The fifth Old Message is located behind the stone bridge, between areas 8 and 12.
6th Old Message
The sixth Old Message is located underground of area 5, near sub-camp 1. Stand next to a sunlit tree and use Wirebugs to jump into a hole in the wall.
7th Old Message
The seventh Old Message is near sub-camp 2, between areas 3 and 7. Jump onto the ruins of buildings to find the Relic Record.
8th Old Message
The eighth Old Message is located in area 4, at the edge of the map.
9th Old Message
The ninth Old Message is hidden underground in area 9, in the south room.
10th Old Message
The tenth Old Message is located in area 12, next to a destroyed brick building.
7th Rampage Old Message
The seventh Rampage Old Message is underground of area 7.
8th Rampage Old Message
The eighth Rampage Old Message is on a rock above the main camp. The Relic Record lies by a tree, on the edge of the map.
Rewards for collecting all messages
After finding all 10 messages from the Sandy Plains, return to the village and talk to Kagero the Merchant. You will receive from him 2 wooden sculptures - miniatures of Izuchi and Almudron. You can display these figurines in your room.
