1st Old Message
The first Old Message is located above the main camp. Use Wirebug to get to the top.
2nd Old Message
The second Old Message is located in area 4, on a tree branch.
3rd Old Message
The third Old Message is in the secret room of the pyramid. Climb to the top and then use the Wirebug to jump into the room.
4th Old Message
The fourth Old Message is in the bushes between areas 10 and 11.
5th Old Message
The fifth Old Message is located in a small cave, in the underground of area 10.
6th Old Message
The sixth Old Message is located in a cave on a rock shelf, in area 12.
7th Old Message
The seventh Old Message is near the sub-camp, next to area 11.
8th Old Message
The eight Old Message is at the top of the pyramid. To get into the secret room, use a Barrel Bomb or other explosive.
9th Old Message
The ninth Old Message is in a small cave between the main camp and area 13.
10th Old Message
The tenth Old Message is located near area 7. Jump on a rock shelf near the waterfall, then use Wirebugs to get to a nearby mountain. The Relic Record lies on the edge of the map, on the highest rock.
5th Rampage Old Message
The fifth Rampage Old Message is at the pyramid, near area 2.
6th Rampage Old Message
The sixth Rampage Old Message is located near area 7. Run up the rock to get to the secret room.
Rewards for collecting all messages
After finding all 10 messages from the Flooded Forest, return to the village and talk to Kagero the Merchant. You will receive from him 2 wooden sculptures - miniatures of Somnacanth and Bishaten. You can display these figurines in your room.
