Move along the tunnel, until you reach the body of a fallen prisoner. Take his clothes to access the zone. Once you get to the forbidden area, head to the place marked on your map and get to the hideout.
Get inside and you will learn that the hideout is well hidden. To access it, approach the stairs presented in the screenshot.
Enter the hideout and you will encounter Small. Do as he tells you (sit on the chair) or he will shot you and you will have to start the sequence again. After a short conversation the mission will end and you will obtain 2000$.
Remember! On the first floor of the hideout (before you get to the basement), there is an arcade game. You can take your time to play TimeSplitters 2.
