Burn KAL soldiers with a flamethrower. Flamethrower can be obtained as a crossbow upgrade available to purchase in any point with merchandise. You will be given 500$.

The first Warehouse is depicted above. To its left you will find an entrance to the roof through which you will get to the flat.

Entrance to the second Warehouse is on the northern side of the building. After getting to the upper floor, go onto the roof in the spot of a blue cloth.
