After completing "hearts and minds" mission, go to the Burnett's clinic, and speak to him to get the next objectives. He will order you to take over the KPA warehouse, to gain necessary medical supplies. Go to the place shown on the map. After reaching the main gate, you gain the knowledge that the door is protected by a special electronic panel, which can be opened only by using the hacking devices. To get such equipment, you need to follow your map to get to the abandoned flat.

After gaining and testing the hacking equipment, return to the KPA outpost, and throw one of them on the panel near the door, seen on the above screenshot. Wait here a moment, before you get inside, because a huge number of soldiers will come after you. This spot is perfect for spotting approaching reinforcements, so you don't find yourself between a rock and a hard place.

After neutralizing the Koreans, go inside and search the trunk of the car seen on the screenshot. This way, you not only complete the task, receiving 800$ in progress, but also you take over the first critical point in this zone, for which you will receive 4 KPA technology points.
