Gran Turismo 7: Game's length - career, licenses, missions Gran Turismo 7 guide, tips
This page will tell you how long it takes to complete the career in Gran Turismo 7, and how much content there is in the rest of the game.
Last update: 04 April 2022
This page of the Gran Turismo 7 game guide contains information about the length of the game. You will learn how quickly you can beat campaign mode, roughly how much time can be spent on licenses, missions, regular races, trophies or multiplayer, and more.
- Unfortunately, career mode in GT7 is pretty short. It should take you around 17-20 hours to complete all 39 menus that make up the campaign mode. This is assuming that you mainly focus on completing the campaign and that you're playing on the normal difficulty level. If you're playing on a higher difficulty level, you may have to replay some competitions and spend more time tuning cars.
- Once you've completed career mode, there is still a lot of interesting singleplayer content to check out - for example, you can learn circuits in the Circuit Experience, earn any licences you've missed or participate in various missions. Many of these activities require repeated attempts to improve your results and get better rewards. As a result, you will spend at least a dozen or so more hours on these activities (or even longer if you're exclusively aiming to get gold).
- Of course, GT7 also has multiplayer and competing against other players can distract you from other activities for a long while. It all depends on how interested you are in the multiplayer modes and how much of your total playtime you spend on them.
- It's quite time-consuming to get platinum in Gran Turismo 7. Trophies requiring you to add very expensive legendary cars to your collection or drive a large number of kilometers in multiplayer games can be particularly problematic. The platinum trophy requirements can extend your total playtime by at least several dozen hours.
