The Fortnite: Battle Royale isn't just about firearms - you can beat your opponents in many different ways, including traps. A well set trap in Fortnite: Battle Royale can put an end to your opponent's life, but you also have items like a bush (to hide), a jumping trampoline, and a C4 to choose from.

Trap

They are items that don't take any space in your inventory. Traps can be placed in strategic spots (on a floor, walls and ceilings). Everyone who isn't your ally will receive damage when they walk past it. A trap planted by you or your ally will be marked with blue color so that you can easily distinguish it from enemy traps. You must remember that a single trap deals 150 points of damage - it is very deadly.

JetPack

The legendary item that occupies a place in your inventory dramatically increases the mobility of your character. During the jump you can use a recharge to quickly move between the two points. The backpack replaces the back bling, which is a cosmetic item chosen in the cabinet. When jet fuel gets used, the JetPack is destroyed. Currently, the jetpack is in the vault and is waiting to be remodeled so that it won't provide great advantage over the opponents.

Launch Pad

This item doesn't take any space in your inventory. Can be placed on an even surface. Jump on it to get launched up in the air. A perfect item for situations where you want to reach a certain area fast. This item is very useful - it can be used when you want to escape or storm an enemy fortress.

Bush

Bush takes space in your inventory and is very rare (legendary). Your character can hide in a mobile bush. Thanks to this item you can ambush other players. Remember that you aren't invisible while using it. A part of your head is still visible.

C4

explosive is a weapon available in one variant. Once the explosive has been set up, you can use the controller to fire it from a distance. Ideal for setting traps on upcoming enemies. It is a perfect item for placing traps against incoming enemies and for destroying whole fortresses. A single C4 can destroy half of a building in the Tilted Towers.

Vending Machine

The vending machine is not in your equipment. Instead, you can use it in several specific locations to purchase weapons. Each vending machine has three items that you can browse with the help of a collector (hitting the machine will scroll the offer). The prices of the items in the vending machines vary and depend on their quality. For example, an ordinary machine gun will cost 200 units of a given raw material and the legendary rocket launcher will cost 75 pieces of a resource, and a legendary launcher will cost 375 pieces.. The items you may find in vending machines depend entirely on your luck.

Llamas

Llamas are special "boxes" whose exact location is unknown. They are scattered randomly on the map. After interaction with the Llamas, a whole lot of raw materials (200 pieces of each type) and supporting objects (shield potions, grenades, etc.) will fall to the ground.

Supply drop

Supplied shots appear primarily at the end of the match (although you may find them earlier). These are blue boxes that fall down to the ground with the help of balloons. In these boxes you will find a lot of weapons, most of all legendary. In addition, each one of them contains additional items (shield potions, grenades, etc.).

Port-a-Fort

Port a Fort is an item that is kept in your inventory and may be used as a grenade. You throw it in a selected spot and a fortress will appear in front of you. The fort is built of metal and doesn't require any resources gathered earlier.

The Bouncer

The bouncer is a kind of trampoline that you can place on any surface built by yourself in the same way as a trap. After use, it will launch any character that steps on it. Additionally, after being shot by the item, you won't receive damage from falling. It is a perfect tool for quickly getting down from a constructed structure without having to waste resources.

Grappling hook

Grappling hook is an equipment item that increases the mobility of the character. It enables the players to shoot a rope on small distance and to pull the character to specific places. It features 15 charges after using which it becomes useless. It is a great tool when you must quickly get on top of a building or when you must reduce or increase the distance between you and the opponent.
