How long does it take to complete Fortnite? Fortnite: Battle Royale Guide

Last update: 26 February 2020

This page will answer the question how long does it take to complete Fortnite. The game offers both single player and multiplayer modes which are equally fun.

Fortnite is a battle-royale that has both single player and multiplayer modes. However, both modes are different - in multiplayer, the game looks like a typical battle-royale, while in the single player mode the game is focused on cooperation with other players, fighting against opponents led by AI.

Time it takes to complete the story in Fortnite is a result of many factors, for example, we may not be able to complete the mission during a first try, and we'll need to repeat it. Usually, completing the singleplayer mode takes about 100 hours. Completing all remaining missions can take up to 130 hours. Same applies to 100% completion, as we may need to complete all additional missions in order to unlock various trophies.

The multiplayer mode can be played infinitely - all depends on the player, whether the title falls to his liking. Some players will be satisfied after several hours, but some will rack up 500 hours on the counter, still wanting more.
