Key points of Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Map

Quest Hubs - this sign and similar landmarks point to locations with quest givers. Every quest hub got his own short story.

Wayshrines - you can teleport to previously visited Wayshrines. If you die you show up at the nearest Wayshrines.

Skyshards - located on ground level ore above.

Skyshards (underground) - located in dungeons or caves

Locales - places to visit, for a visit all on the map you get achievement

Public Dungeons and Caves - solo or group, caves or dungeons. You will visit this locations with random players.

Group Dungeons - private group dungeon, you can visit it with your group only. You will not meet other players here. The difficulty of the dungeon is set for 4 person group.

Abyssal Geyser - spawning point for Molag Bal forces. This is the place where you can with other players try to clear the Geyser.

World Bosses - elite enemies encounters for groups.

Item Set Crafting Location - every item crafted in this location will be part of specific set. Different bonuses can be found at different crafting stations.

Main island of Summerset is the homeland of the Altmer's, known as high elves. The origins of magic comes from that Island, it was studied in many different academies founded on the azure coasts of the island. In the newest DLC, we're going to explore locations famous from many telltales, like The Alinor, the largest city in Summerset, and the Eton Nir - the highest mountain. In the most part of the Island is dominated by lush vegetation and sand-covered coasts, on which a multitude of evil forces will allow for various types of expeditions. Another new things in this expansion are: quests from Psijic Order, which you can join with. Thanks to them, you will learn how to wield magic of time manipulation. Powerful spells will allow you to make countless combinations. Besides Summerset, in the expansion, you also may travel to the island called Artaeum, The Psijic Order's headquarters. This is the place where you will complete most quests that refer to magic, and in the Ceporah tower you will have an opportunity to experience the life of order members.
