#13 – The thirteenth journal is next to a closed entrance to the sewers.
#14 – The fourteenth journal is on the windowsill in one of the rooms upstairs in the building.
#15 – The fifteenth journal is on the table in the room on the ground floor.
#16 – The sixteenth journal is on the floor upstairs in the building.
