Stats describe your character in numbers and define your specialization. When choosing the starting class, you also choose the value of 9 attributes. Every one of them can be developed to a maximum of 99 and the sum of all the attributes is the level of your character, which raises when the value of one of them is increased.
- Level - The current level of your character. It is the sum of all the points invested in attributes
- Vigor - It is responsible for maximum HP. Important to almost every type of character, but especially for melee classes.
- Endurance - Increases stamina, resistance to physical damage, poise and flexibility. Very important for melee fighters.
- Vitality - Responsible mainly for capacity, which is the total weight of weapons and armor that you can wear. Gives a minor increase in resistance against physical damage and poisons.
- Attunement - States the maximum number of spells that you can remember and use in combat. It also speeds up cast time and increases resistance to curses.
- Strength - Required when using bigger types of weapons. Increases the power of melee attacks and the ability to break the enemy's guard.
- Dexterity - Needed when using light weapons that require speed and flexibility. Increases the effect of bleed and poison.
- Adaptability - Responsible for resistance to physical damage, bleed, poisons, curses and petrification spells.
- Intelligence - Increases magic damage, cast time and gives bonuses to resistance to magic. Important for characters that use spells, pyromancy or hexes.
- Faith - Very important for miracle type spells. Increases resistance to electricity and fire, as well as the strength of the attacks that use these elements.
