On this page of our guide, we explain whether Diablo 4 has crossplay i.e. the ability to play with players from different hardware platforms.
How to activate crossplay?
Yes, Diablo 4 has crossplay. This means that if you have the game on e.g. PC, you can join up, form parties, and engage in carnage together with players that play on Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5 consoles.
The option to enable and disable crossplay can be found in the Social tab , specifically in the section called Cross Network options, the first one from the top. You can also decide whether you want to open communication with players from different platforms.
Does cross progression apply?
Cross progression is also present in Diablo 4 . If you play on one hardware platform and bought a copy for another, all your progress (including characters) will automatically be available when you launch the game.
