  1. Deeds of a Champion quest will appear in the journal shortly after defeating the final boss of the expansion, which your hero will face in the Tomb of Akarat. After defeating the final boss, you must find Eru and speak with Neyrelle in the Horadric Vault.
  2. For the new quest, you must first meet the messenger and then talk to Ormus in Kurast.

Is this the end of the DLC and how to complete the quest?

  1. The Deeds of a Champion quest unlocks after you complete the DLC main story, even though the game still shows information about the campaign's quest. You will not unlock any further cut-scenes, nor will you face any new story bosses.
  2. Deeds of a Champion is the title of a quest that is intended to introduce you to the endgame content of the expansion and give you something to do after completing the main story.
  3. As part of Deeds of a Champion, you can, e.g. recruit more mercenaries (if you haven't already do that), visit the special Undercity dungeon in Kurast, take over the Kichuk Stronghold in Nahant, unlock the Whisper and Grim Favor mechanics, and completing the first Helltide. Unfortunately, you cannot freely select them from the task list. You must do them in the order imposed by the developers.
  4. For each completed minor subquest in Deeds of a Champion you can receive large amounts of XP and gold, as well as various unique rewards.
