Mind, though, that each character has slightly different controls scheme - particular keys result in different combat effects, while some characters utilize buttons that others do not use at all. Character movement. These buttons are also used when activating abilities. | |

Reset camera. | |
Lock on target - allows aiming with weapons and abilities. Also used to mount certain combos together with other buttons. | |
Switch between targets. | |
Dodge. | |
Jump; bounce off the wall or press again when in the air, to perform a double jump (Nero has to purchase double jump as an ability). | |
Activating special ability with DP points (except Nero). | |
Additional attack (usually with a firearm). | |
Basic attack. | |
Special attack (different for each character) | |
Provoke / Taunt - use this in combat to increase style rank. | |
