Key points of Battlefield V - Twisted Steel Grand Operations Day 1
Useful and helpful places
British respawn
Objective A Hard to defend, easy to attack. It's the farthest one. Between A and B objectives you can find the route on a hill - be careful when you cross it. You can also use canal to get to A point from B.
Objective B It's easier to defend, because of hills nearby. Also you can find here trenches. This objective can be under fire from point D.
Objective C This objective is the easy one to destroy. A lot of cover. You can get there by using canals.
Objective D A lot of cover. This objective is really close to british respawn, so it will be hard to destroy.
In this chapter you will find the map of Twisted Steel in the Grand Operations mode. The chapter contains a general characteristic of the map, map legend, as well as descriptions of flags in terms of available covering spots. The Battlefield 5 game guide will guide you on the battlefield.
Characteristic of the map The map for the first day is very similar to the one from the Conquest mode - the only difference is that the points that the attacking side must destroy are placed in different places. Those points (artillery cannons) are always well fortified and protected by players . Point A is the easiest to attack , as it is the most exposed one. Additionally, the point is located behind a hill, forcing the defending side to expose themselves while traveling towards the point. The point can be accessed via a canal , which in most cases will quickly be fortified by enemies. Point C is also easy to destroy - it is located far away and there are multiple buildings at the spot .
Points B and D are difficult to attack . They are close to one another and enemies can easily fire from point D to point B. Those points are located closest to the respawn location of the enemy side. Nonetheless, it is easier to attack point D, as enemies will not be able to fire from point B towards point D. Also note the fact that if at least one point is not destroyed, the attacking side will lose the map .
The defending side has a rather low chance of defending points A and C. There are quite good shooting positions located on the way towards the bridge, as well as trenches at point B. Do not forget to fire at the transport planes (you will make it harder for enemies to respawn) with the anti-aircraft guns. If you are playing as a defending side, try to fire at the enemies carrying bombs (one player can carry 2 at a time). If you are successful, the enemy will drop the bomb and it will by lying on the ground - other players will try to pick it up, allowing you to fire at them.
