Starbound is a fully 2D game, which has an effect, among others, on its relatively low system requirements. In spite of the game's open structure and a huge world with many details, each one of them can be disassembled, destroyed and replaced. For this reason, the game imposes certain requirements, when it comes to RAM and the CPU. This guide has been drawn up on an Intel Core i7-2600k PC computer, with 8 GB RAM and the AMD Radeon HD 6900 GPU. While playing on the computer with the specification given above, even the slightest drops in framerate did not occur.
