Quests | The guide of the Novice Starbound Guide

Quests in Starbound, are an excellent way to obtain Pixels, materials, and even rare items, like, e.g. weaponry or special technologies. All of the information about the active and completed missions can be found in the Quest Journal, which you open by pressing J or by clicking on the golden exclamation mark icon on the tab bar.

In the game, there exist both ready-made quests, which are connected, first of all, with the storymode, and the ones generated by the game itself, which are usually less complicated but, they are infinite in number.

NOTE! The current game version has not yet been implemented with quest system. The only quests available are the introductory ones, which you receive after you start a new game.
