Rooms belonging to the clinic: waiting room, restroom, orthopaedic office, orthopaedic lab. It is also worth having a common room and cleaning closet to increase the prestige of the branch. Also invaluable is a reception, which increases the speed of diagnosis of patients.
The rooms that also belong to the ward but are used for patient hospitalization are: On-Call room, nurse station, diagnostic unit, regular ward, high dependency unit - HDU, operating room, sonography unit.
Staff needed for the clinic: doctors with specialization in Internal Medicine and technicians with specialization in Biochemistry.
Staff needed for the operation of the orthopedic ward: doctors with Orthopaedy specialization (minimum 3 for day shift, 1 for night shift), nurses with Patient Care specialization (minimum 3 for day shift, 1 for night shift), surgeons with Orthopedic Surgery specialization (minimum 1 for day shift), technicians with specialization in USG, anesthesiologists - Anesthesiology (minimum 1) and a nurse with specialization in Medical Surgery (minimum 1 for day shift) to assist with surgeries.
