Rooms belonging to the clinic: waiting room, restroom, internal medicine office, med lab. It is also worth having a common room and a cleaning closet to increase the prestige of the ward. Also invaluable is the reception, which increases the speed of diagnosis of patients.

The rooms that also belong to the ward but are used for patient hospitalization are: On-Call room, nurse station, diagnostic unit, regular ward, high dependency unit - HDU, operating room, cardiography unit.

Staff needed for the clinic: doctors with specialization in Internal Medicine and technicians with specialization in Biochemistry.

Staff needed to operate the internal ward: doctors with Internal Medicine specialization (minimum 3 for day shift, 1 for night shift), nurses with Patient Care specialization (minimum 3 for day shift, 1 for night shift), surgeons with Internal Medicine Surgery specialization (min. 1 for day shift), technicians with specialization of Cardiology, anesthesiologists - Anesthesiology (minimum 1) and a nurse with specialization in Medical Surgery (minimum 1 for day shift) to assist with surgeries. It is also worth having more doctors and nurses, as sometimes the ward can be heavily burdened.
