Staff needed to operate the internal ward: doctors with Internal Medicine specialization (minimum 3 for day shift, 1 for night shift), nurses with Patient Care specialization (minimum 3 for day shift, 1 for night shift), surgeons with Internal Medicine Surgery specialization (min. 1 for day shift), technicians with specialization of Cardiology, anesthesiologists - Anesthesiology (minimum 1) and a nurse with specialization in Medical Surgery (minimum 1 for day shift) to assist with surgeries.
