After some time, once you can afford it, build a Forester's hut nearby - this person will plant trees, ensuring that you will not run out of materials.
How to get Stone?

How to get Blocks?
- Resource type: Construction
- Buy/sell price per unit: 16/6
- Is a trade route needed: Yes
- Comment: Blocks are an advanced construction resource. In the version of the game on which this guide is based (Early Access, 0.7.002), the production of Blocks is not possible, so they can only be obtained via trading. They are currently not applicable.

Once you have collected it, you can turn it into linen in the loom, which in turn can be turned into clothes and gambesons in the tailor's expansion. Gambesons will turn out to be a better final product - clothes have their uses, but they do not fulfill their role as well as shoes .
How to get Barley?
- Resource type: Crops
- Buy/sell price per unit: 12/2
