Leave the bar, enter your vehicle and drive east. Maria's apartment can be seen on your map, so you shouldn't have any problems finding it #1. Drive to an alley between buildings, parking the car near the entrance. Head inside and look around to locate a new Playboy magazine (you may need to close the door to find it) #2.

Maria's apartment is on the left side of the hallway #1. Knock on the door and listen to a short conversation. Return to your car and make sure to wait for Maria to join you #2.

Keep heading towards the hospital located to the west from here, listening to the rest of the plan along the way. Drive up to the main entrance to the hospital #2 and park the car, allowing Maria to exit.

The office of price administration is located on the other side of the street and you should park your vehicle close to a dark, narrow alley #1 - Chapter 3 - Enemy of the State - p. 2 - Walkthrough - Mafia II - Game Guide and Walkthrough

The office of price administration is located on the other side of the street and you should park your vehicle close to a dark, narrow alley #1. Exit the car and proceed towards the alley. Eventually you'll make your way to a fence #2 and you'll have to press the SPACE key to climb over to the other side.

The game will now suggest that you press the C key to start crouching, allowing you to move silently. Make sure that you have the run option enabled before pressing the C key, so that you'll be allowed to move faster in the "stealth mode". Proceed towards the entrance to the government building #1 and climb through an opened window #2 to get inside.

You start inside the toilets (1 on the map). Make sure that you're still crouching (C key), exit this room and turn right #1. You will soon come across the first map of the building. Keep heading forward until you reach a new door (2 on the map) #2. Open the door carefully.

There are three guards inside the office of price administration building and I wouldn't recommend using guns to kill them. If you want to get rid of them you should rely on a silent method. Start off with two guards patrolling the first floor and once they're gone finish off the third guard sitting behind the desk on the ground floor (5 on the map). Each time you want to get rid of the guard you must approach him from the back and press the left mouse button to silence him #1 #2. You should also notice that you'll have a chance to drag the bodies to avoid detection.

I would recommend keeping all the guards alive and avoiding them during this entire mission. Don't worry, because it won't be that hard. Start by heading to your right and finding the stairs leading to the first floor (3 on the map) #1. Use the stairs, but stop in the middle. Wait for the guard on the first floor to leave this area or to go the toilet #2.

Proceed to the first floor and quickly open the first door to your right (4 on the map) #1 to find yourself standing in director's office - Chapter 3 - Enemy of the State - p. 2 - Walkthrough - Mafia II - Game Guide and Walkthrough

Proceed to the first floor and quickly open the first door to your right (4 on the map) #1 to find yourself standing in director's office. Close the door behind you just to be safe and then check the desk to find a key #2.
