Nethercutt Helmet

After the beginning of chapter 5, make a 180-degree turn and walk through the narrow corridor. Then, turn right and go further down. The helmet is on the ground.

Subject Analysis: UL-119-2

After switching off the turrets, go through the main door. Pass the frozen soldiers and climb the ramp. Open the doors - inside, you will find this collectible.

Subject Analysis: TE-872-3

You can get this collectible when you enter the room with a container with yellow liquid. After watching the cut-scene, pick up the item lying on the ground near the table to the right.

Lexigram Board

You can get the board immediately after passing through the room with cryogenic turrets. Enter the room and turn left - the collectible lies on the skeleton.

Subject Analysis: EV-184-9

The next collectible is in the place where you will encounter the real Niles who is deceased. Approach the desk located in the same room.

Sketchbook

Turn left after leaving the room where you had to scan the Niles' handprint. The sketchbook is on the ground.
