You can find the first collectible after entering East Barricade Academy. Go forward and then down the stairs - the encyclopedia is among the other papers.

Once you exit the building, go right. On the left, you will find another collectible lying on the ground.

COG Tags: Minh Young Kim

When you reach the location leading to the tomb, go pass the white van and turn right. The tag lies on the rock next to a blue car.

Restoration Notice: Tomb Of The Unknowns

The last collectible is at the main entrance door of the tomb.
