Chapter 2 of the second act of Gears 5 called "Into the Wild" has only 5 collectibles: Islander's Lost Earring, Grindlift Maintenance Notes, Faded Photograph, and Lena's Journal.

Islander's Lost Earring

When traveling through the snowy areas of the valley, stick to the right side. When you pass a large gate (which you can't open yet), keep moving along the rocks. The first collectible is near one of the piles of scrap. The earing lies next to a skeleton.

Grindlift Maintenance Notes

You can get this collectible during one of the side missions - Train tunnel. After killing the Courier, approach the train car. Besides the collectible, you will also find one Component.

Faded Photograph

Once you get out of the dark tunnel, move ahead. Reach the damaged train car, which was almost completely covered with snow. Inside, you will find the Faded Photograph.

Lena's Journal

During the trip to the "New Hope" research center, you will pass a small camp. The journal lies on the ground. You can also find one Component.
