A few months after the fall of Settlement no 2, Kait and Del try to convince the village of Outsiders to join in the fight. In this mission, you have only one soldier from the Delta team.
Go down the stairs and turn towards the warehouse on the right. Pick up the collectible - Hand sculpted grub flute. Here, you will also find the first component.
Go towards the steam farm and turn right to go up the stairs. In the room, you will find another component.
Another collectible is near the forge - Ilima registration.
The next collectible is in the snow behind a big, fancy horn - GEAR's lost helmet. Go through the security gate and continue moving towards the steam farm.
Walk past the broken steam boiler. Another collectible is behind this boulder - A wooden toy Lancer.
A collectible and a component are in the small shop on the left - Major Howler and warrior ants.
Passing through the security gate, don't forget to collect another collectible - New rules in the settlement.
Going down the stairs, look towards the storage room - another component is lying on the ground.
Yet another component is in the room with consoles.
The room with saplings has another collectible - A memo for the chief.
Another component is near the boxes with apples, behind the smokehouse. Go down the ramp and talk to the leader.
Your next task is to protect the village from invaders. You only have a gun and a dozen rounds, so try to aim and then shoot. Well-aimed headshots will quickly kill the opponents. Find a better weapon from the bodies of the dead and clear the lower part of the village.
Come to the gate and kill a stronger enemy - two accurate series from the machine gun in the head should be enough. Go through the gate and go towards the top of the settlement.
An improvement for Jack lies on the workbench - Shock trap. Now you can shock opponents, but this ability can also be used in other situations.
Equip Jack with this new ability and set a trap near the gate. This causes a short circuit that opens the gate.
Before you go outside, check the small storage room on the left and take the component.
Your next task is to clear the village. Keep eliminating the targets while moving upwards.
Here, you will find one heavily armored and armed enemy (hanging over the entrance to the hall), and a lot of lesser enemies. Kill all targets and move on.
Another component is in the warehouse on the left.
Go to towards the gate and enter the armory, which was previously unavailable. A component is lying on the ground, in the corner.
Use a shock trap to open another gate. More opponents await you in the square. One of them is a stronger variant, equipped with a machine weapon. Use sniper rifle - a few good shots will eliminate the threat.
First, go right - to the infirmary. Get rid of all enemies - watch out for the enemy on the right (armored with a machine weapon). Once you have cleared the area around the infirmary, head to the workshop.
Pick up the collectible - Blueprint - Outsiders' boat.
Finish off the remaining enemies. Your next goal is the main gate - you have to let the convoy into the village to complete the mission.
Interestingly, the workshop is full of mechs that you can use. The mechs are very useful in killing enemies.
Open the gate to complete this part of the mission.
You are now in a dark garage. Move the lever to turn on the light and open the garage door.
Get the component from the dashboard.
Another component is at the top - you will get there using the ladder.
Another collectible is on the right side of the garage door - Coalition dog tag: Oscar Diaz. The area is completely darkened, so it is easy to miss this item.
Jump on the board to run the vehicle. Another successful mission.
